well today i went to check what my psi was in my tires... stock tires, stock rims... and it said 45... im pretty sure normal is 30-32 right... just making sure unless different tires can do different psi's...

o didnt know they had tire psi on the doors... but when i saw 45 i was like danm that seems alot

LOL. It should say on the side wall of ur tires. Not all tires are the same. Mine says max 55psi

Thats the Max..But not neccesarily the right setting for your car.
The tire pressure is set and based off of a few things including the weight and Bias of weight..Front to rear.

OP,
That 45 you read was likely the max pressure reccomended for that tire..Not your car.

You do not fill your tires up to their max psi rating.(attn) Right?
Even if he did..it really wouldn't hurt anything..But his Ride Quality...and wear patterns on the tire.
They would wear improperly on the center leaving tread on the outer edges.

I always run about 4-6 lbs. more than the car calls for..In a peformance application.
Especially if the Rims are Plus sized.

Ya I know I was just joking, although 55 is a little excessive. I run about 6-8 psi higher in the front to help get rid of understeer.

well i put them back down to 34f 32r since that what the car says it should be at... didnt see on the tire that it had a max psi to it... the ride feels a bit more smoother over bumps in my opinion but thats really about it... would you guys recomend tho having front and rears the same psi though...

I like to run the fronts higher to change the balanace of the car. around 38f 32r. The car is a exibits a more neutral balance with these settings.
