Autometer Oil Psi Guage

Anyone have one?

Electric or Mech guage and how did you hook it up?

Ill amend that i did a search and that I didnt find anything-

but then again my brain is fried- im finishing finals tonight -

I have a Defi Electrical Oil Pressure Gauge. Hooked up with a t-fitting to keep the stock pressure sensor hooked up.

Lots and lots of thread discussing this with exact sizing and pictures.

I installed an Autometer Oil Pressure guage and left off the stock sender and just attached the provided sender for the gauge. Now if I remember correctly I read somewhere that if you do this that the oil light will come on in the dash. I haven't had it come on since I put it on two days ago and I am getting good readings from the gauge...about 12 psi at idle. This has little relevence in regards to the original post put I thought I would just throw it in.

i just got a mechanical oil pressure gauge.
NOTE: to SAFELY have oil in your cabin, copper tubing is a MUST!!
buy autometers copper tubing. its like $10 and includes fittings.

i havent wired it up yet though.

LOL- yeah - Ive had plenty of experience with installing guages- I was THE electrician at www.kirkhammotorsports.com for 2 years - I did in addition to all the other stuff, all the dashes, and all the vehicle electrical.
