Oil Pressure Problem

can anyone tell me if this is right? I recently turbocharged my 01' LX 2.0 and she runs great. but at idle my oil pressure seems extremely low "around 12psi". According to specs, it should be 43-56psi @ 3000rpm which i tested and i'm well within that range. I even went as far as switching out my gauge and sender but i get the same reading. can anyone tell me if 12psi @ idle sounds right? any input would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

all i've seen in my research is that most cars idle at 10-11 psi, but i could be wrong that info is an average for many vehicles
