Oil change Mazda 3s 2007

Good afternoon, I want to do a question about oil change of my mazda 3s 2007, in the manual that the vehicle comes from the factory where it says non turbo use 5w-20 and turbo engine use 5w-30, mine is non turbo but the real problem is that in my country is really difficult to get 5W-20 and 5W-30 only sell in Panama, I want to know if I can put this oil in my car without damaging the engine, only sell Mobil One, castrol or penzoil, any suggestions guys?

if you're in a hotter climate like I assume Panama is, you want a thicker oil anyway and 5w-30 will be fine. That's probably why they don't really sell 5w-20 down there. Oil thins as it heats up, so a thicker viscosity such as 30 weight will be fine.
