Josh, can I drop my car off with you to get it cleaned? It's a little dirty.

Maybe I should bring my twin turbo beast to this meet? It sure needs some engine love.

Engine love?
Is that where I apply a layer of a thick, creamy substance to that engine?
(naughty)
'Cuz checkin out those dual turbos (bow) might just cause me to have an accident.
(humpleg) LOL!

OK, so it's not spring cleaning yet, but I had to do a bunch yestreday.

400 miles of driving in 1 day. A lot through salt-covered NH roads. Some through slushtastic, saltastic roads.

Result:

Solution:

Coin-op rinse 1st, propped up the front on ramps to make it easier to rinse the underbody:

Trapping Hi-C under the radiator:

Rinsing helped a lot, but still plenty dirty:

Finally, all washed with Quick & Easy Wash:

Also installed front and rear rotary accents. So clean + front accent:

Dirty, dirty like I like my women, hehe...
But she cleans up REAL nice!
The rims are funky but good for the winter i guess, right?

I never realized how close west bridgewater is to me. I'm still planning on taking the drive over, It'll be a good day to learn some good cleaning techniques, and get the Jetta looking good again for the spring, and for the first show of the season.
Maybe I'll have some stuff by then.....like reverse

It's early yet, but we should make an agenda of some sort. Obviously I don't believe we could do a full recon job on everones car in one day, but moreso we should at least put together an assessment of who needs what done to their vehicle. Then there is the issue of supplies. Just thoughts..

Very true.
I don't want to do anything crazy....just somewhat thorough going-over
you, basic stuff to the outside, detail the engine bay and the interior
and the wheels...nice cleeeean wheels. I haaaaate my brake dust.
Supply wise, I was just planning on bringing my own stuff, as I thought thats how it was supposed to be?
