OEM engine specs

I need to find out the fully installed height of the valve spring and the maximum amount of valve lift. Does anyone know those measurments? or know where i can get those. The people at the dealer seem to have their heads up their butt and cant get me that information. Is there a manual i can buy or download, something?!?
