Now this is a sexy mudderfuggin Miata...!

Yeah, but the Miata in essence copied the classic roadsters of the 50's and 60's so if you go way back it was Mazda that copied the Brits first. lol.

yea yea and the brits copied the italians who copied americans who copied horse carriages who copied chariots :p

Strangely enough our Miata was mistaken for a Jaguar by one of our neighbors when we brought it home. I believe it was something like "How can you guys afford a Jaguar?"

I suppose it is some what understandable since we bought it from a Jaguar dealer and it still had the dealer's license plate frame on it. That and the neighbor was an idiot. lol.

So it makes sense the coupe version would resemble either a Jag or Aston.
Also the original miata's styling was heavily influenced by british sports cars of the 50s and 60s.

The rear view of that yellow miata is very porsche like, kinda reminds me of a 911 Carrera (I'd like to own the S4 :D). Definitely has an exotic look on the front. How can I make mine look like that! ooooooooo

The headlamp bezels are available as a dealer accessory, but they told me it was hard to find. Dealer also has available more aggressive front air dams, and side sills in 2 styles, large and small, and tail lamp bezels.
