Now let's see those white ms3!

When the car is lowered, with other appearance mods, with some 15mm or so spacers... the stockers look alright... I still don't like them though. Too thin and too heavy.

This is one of the few that I can think of that look very good with the stockers... I think some 15mm spacers would make it really nice:

wrd. i think they look pretty decent for some daily/beater wheels if spaced. but def. way too thin and a little too heavy.

thats why they are my winter wheel, heavy and strong and thin to cut through snow. i do like the look of them just hate to keep them clean.

Moultese are you running springs or is it stock?... keep your moldings...im keeping mine on, IMO only cars that are really low look better without them.

It's an illusion. The moldings look good only because they add a decorative line to the car's overall look. However...they look extremely tacky, they're off-colored and they do NOT prevent dents. Remove them and you'll like it. Removed moldings look bad in pictures.

Sorry, but I have to agree with Remspeed3 here.

These cars just don't look right to me at stock height without the moldings.

...and while they won't protect from EVERY door ding, to say that they are worthless for preventing ANY dents is a mistatement. They do stick out further than the door surface, and can protect from door dings from certain-height cars with door trailing edges of a certain shape...

The rockers stick out further than the door moldings did.

I stand by my point because I WAS one of those people who thought it looked better with the moldings.

But after removing them, and after washing the car numerous times and being able to dry the car quickly and wash the car quickly without the moldings getting in the way, I am pleasantly happy that they're removed.

Well you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

FWIW, my rocker panels in no way, shape, or form stick out further than the door mouldings...My mouldings clearly stick out further.

Yeah, I'm not removing my side moldings. I Like them. Plus it gives me a nice line to place my AutoX numbers on.

As far as the ride height, I haven't touched the suspension yet. That's just some clever post developed editing skills, lol.
