Newbie From Las Vegas Nevada

Hello forum!!, I found this website months ago but did not regirtser until today, I own a M6i hatchback it has 27k miles on it already and not a single problem!, just regular oil changes and some service, in fact I just got back from a kind long trip to Tijuana Baja California Mexico, any ways , I went to the dealer and ask for the 30,000 mile service and it a wooping $400 dlls for:

1. Oil change
2. Top off all fluids
3. Rotate, check and inspect tires
4. Inspect brakes
5. Replace air filter
6. Decarb throttle body, injectors and valves
7. Service battery and check charging system
8. Replace fuel filter (in line)
9. Power flush cooling system

Is it just me to think they are charging to much? and on top of that I think it needs service to the braking system, it vibrates when braking they said $340 for pads and Rotor turning??.
Any advice you can share? (uhm)

dont do it. i dont know much about mazdas but thats not worth 400$

DOnt do it and if thats courtesy imports for sure dont because they freaking suck.
