newb tire question

Mazdaspeed 3 GT
I need new tires...i live in vegas so summer tires are fine...Has anybody up teh ruber size without problems on a 8.5...i rub if i hit bumb hard but thats it...i switched stock rubber to the new wheel when i got them... so i was thinking just going teh same size....what do you guys think about these tiress...i have 2 screws in the rear tire and my fronts are about as bald as a slick

I dont want to spend a s*** load but i want a decent tire
 
215 on an 8.5? I'd go 225/40 personally. You'll get a bit more contact patch and a s*** load more choices for 20-30 less per tire.
 
235/40 Kumho ASX all seasons. They rub a little in the back. 18X8 48mm ET. Lowered on Mazdaspeed springs.
