There's no paint on my bulbs. I'll take a picture of the bulbs tomorrow when I get off work...

Once again guys... LOOKS ONLY... i'm not concerned about a loss of visual light unless it's extreme. Like I said, if I can't bare it, i'll go down. But fisrt things first, I gotta get my ballast replaced lol...

Sorry, I was refering to the 'the higher numbers have less light' thing. My bulbs don't have any paint on them... i'll take pics later on and post them for you guys...

Also, my friend said that if you see his HID's on his Charger in person, they look more bright white with a hint of violet. Not a hint like on the BMW's and such, more than the BMW's, but not a lot more. Just a 'noticable' more, nothing tacky or cheesy. He said he doesn't know why they look more bluish in the pictures...

if they aren't very blue, they are not 12000k.
