new to the mazda world

hey i just bought my first mazda and im picking it up friday. i excited yay

some history about me. i am a truck guy lol i have been driving lifted ford rangers for the last 3/4 years and i love them. but with gas prices and always wanting to do more mods to them it becomes a little hard to use them as a dd so i finally decided to buy a car. my mom had a 02 mazda protege and she loved it so that was where i started looking. so after 2 weeks of looking on craigslist i finally decided to go and see one. and i liked it so much i bought it ahaha
its a 2002 p5 5 speed diamond black (what the ad said) black leather interior after market stereo
so first thing im gonna do is put in my sub from my ranger
then tires rims and cat back and cold air and probs lower it when money allows

well i picked up my mazda last weekend. i got my ebay cat back and thats going in this weekend and im still trying to decide if i order a CAI this weekend

That's a nice P5, and that ranger is SICK. Currently working the kinks out of a '94 grand cherokee with a 360 Magnum swap, w/ Lunati Voodoo Cam, oversized valves from 1.78" to 2.0", shaved head .010"...all time awd...and my father has a Wrangler APEX package...I gotta check what the # is as they only made a few thousand of them. But it's on 1.5 coil lift, 31x10.50 BFG KM2's, and a Mile Marker 8,000lb winch.
