New to here, not to the mazda world.

Hello hello!!! Names tbot, been a long time member on cmzc.net starting out w/ a 2006 mazda3 that I bought w/ no intentions of getting this involved in cars. That very quickly changed. I had the 2.0L motor and 4spd auto tranny, so there really wasn't much at all to do for performance I found. From there I started looking at speed6's (awd was a must for colorado winter snow storms) and it wasn't until I was ran off the highway and totaled my 3 that I was able to get my 6!

From there I've added:
CP-e CAI
Custom TIP
ETS 3.5" TMIC
SU Test Pipe
Synapse BOV/BPV
Lobonte Stage 2 Water/Meth Injection System
TWM Stage 2 Short Shifter w/ Bushings and Shift Knob

Now that I'm feeding the mod bug its become quite...well problematic I guess and I'm now currently looking for an AP or Standback in which a few of the ppl on cmzc sent me here and a few other forums.

So hopefully I can add some incite to others and learn from you guys as well.

Welcome to the forums. Sounds like you've got a lot of good parts on the car already. There's a lot of good info here, and as always, if you don't find something you're looking for, just ask.

Thanks! I've got a buddy who did trial and error w/ his speed6 and parts and I'm doing the best I can to learn from all his mistakes haha. I'll see what I can do for pics, I have them all at home on the comp, of both the 3 and the 6.

Sorry to hear about your 3. Congratulations on the MS6 and Welcome. To answer your question, get an AP. You wont be dissapointed.

The 3 was mystic blue (aka purple haha) and the 6 is Liquid Platinum. Its just the sport model, nothing fancy, but I did just recently install a Parrat MKi9200 bluetooth audio kit and I have to say that thing is AWESOME!

I'm working on uploading pics, but its taking forever since I just use my cellphone for internet (where the hells is LTE or 4g when you need it!!!)

Thanks guys! And yes a drop is in the plans, I had Tien S-techs on the 3 and loved the way the car cornered, but the ride was a little rough. Not sure if I want the rough ride, so I haven't decided what springs I want yet so I'm still considering options. Right now tho I'm all about going fast and have been modding towards that. I think after I get either an AP or SB is when I'll buckle down and do suspension stuff.
