PPE was high on the list, but logistics are tricky since they are far away. Instead, the current plan is to have Andris Laivins do the build, with input/parts from Burns Stainless. Car was there this morning getting measurements/pics done to gather materials. It won't be cheap, but it will be right. Andris is the fabricator and engineer behind Jason Saini's CJ Wilson Racing team (Grand-Am and MX-5 Cup), has a background in header/intake design and fab, and does fabulous work.
Once he builds one, the jigs will allow him to build more at cheaper prices should anyone else be interested.
Very interesting, do you have pictures of the rear set up on Facebook? you are a genius.
About the headers, are you going to try 4-2-1? I recommend PPE Engineering, they already know about my project, and offered to make one for us. BTW drove today again no CE light!

And another 1st place at the Lincoln National Tour! Way to go Andy!
Thanks guys...I had a good weekend.
Car is still bottoming on the nose, so I need to work out some more suspension travel in the front, and eventually some more bump valving in the shocks. That is also killing the braking, as it gets into the ABS too early. Ann and I both kept going wide in some turns, as a result. I have some ideas to try.
The rear is getting pretty close to where I want it, but I am now thinking the bushings need some work. The RB sway bar only works on the twist beam itself, but that part mounts to the body in some pretty soft rubber. So stiffening the beam only works to a point. Vorshlag is working on getting some Powerflex bushings for this (they are available in Europe) which should help.
PS: You guys need to come to Blytheville to support the class.
PowerflexUSA.com has the bushings listed for the M2 ! ! ! !

Do you also have the RB front sway bar?
Congrats Again
