Air Diversion Panel are designed to not only improve under engine looks but it also contains airflow to the radiator core, thus improving cooling efficiency.

Available in Black or Grey.

MSRP is $80... PM me for special forum pricing.

is this just for the 4 door? i know the grills/front clips are different just not sure if they have the same gap up there...not sure how it would work on a 5 door??

GTSpec said 4 door only... I don't know the exact differences between the two to be honest.

Definately 4 door only. The grille comes up with the hood on the 5 door, so that panel would never work with the hatch

oddly enough install is much tougher than it looks! the plate has to also be bolted in with the hood latch. i can't fit any of my tools into those 2 tiny holes, so i just bent the two "flaps" and went on my business. looks nice, it cleans out that empty gap in the engine bay.

package comes with a sticker, decal, and a keychain... my previous gt spec parts only came with a sticker!

all it does it channel incoming air from the grill towards the radiator keeping it from going anywhere else.

Ben, tell whoever installed that panel on his 3 did it wrong. the panel's supposed to be inside!

I just cant picture spending $80 for something that doesnt really seem to have much of an effect on anything

What's the difference between a sticker and a decal? (scratch)

I think the radiator is in the open enough and has enough direct airflow coming in from the front of the car that I really dont need to channel more air to it. It seems like its getting more than enough to me as it is. Correct me if I am wrong, im here to learn!

Technically a sticker is like what you had as a kid. A decal (the Canadians call them 'deck-elz') is die-cut. The type of thing we put on cars. Decals are also the wet-applied things to models.

Are you going to see any performance gain with this product? Not really in all honestly.

This is a newer trend type product on the market. They've been made for a few years and seemed to be made popular with the old school dift cars. That's what I first saw them listed for. They're a nice piece to add if the engine bay is something that is shown off (be it at meets, races, shows)

thats what I thought. Thanks Ben. I do love how it looks and I am sure a black one would look nice with all my new black powdercoated chargepipes that will be under my hood soon.....(sssh)
