I've had my P5 for a few weeks now and have spent a lot of time reading on this site. Thanks to all who post for the great info!
It's a 2002 midnight blue (I think that's what it's called) 5 speed with 69k.
A couple questions...
I notice some people specify 2002.5. What exactly is the difference and how can I tell if mine is 02 or 02.5?
I had some wheels / tires from an old car that luckily fit on the P5. There 18's and I believe the tires are 205-35's. I see a lot of people talk about the offset being important, what exactly is that and how do I find out what offset mine are. Also though the wheels look great they did raise the car up a bit. Is there a known strut / spring combo to drop it with out rubbing with 205-35-18's?
One feature I really love about the car is the interior styling. I was thinking today though that the light gray areas in the dash and surrounding the shifter would look much better black like everything else. Any good tips on painting this and anyone know of a specific paint that will match well?
Also I think the car could use a new clutch. I'm thinking stage 1. What would be better ACT or Exedy?
