Finally got my Road Magnet springs installed. While I was at it, I decided to pull the side strips off. I have to admit I thought the car looked good with them on, but I do like the car better without them.

Here are the pics.........

I have been thinking about road magnets but some people are saying the ride is very bumpy.... what do you think about them? Also, what size are your wheels and tires?

Everything looks fantastic!!

Holy negative camber, Batman!

Thats not even that bad. And neg camber isnt bad to have, as long as its usable.

itrhybrid: Phenomenal photagraphy. Car looks really good. Good ride height. I think many people are going to use some of your pictures as new desktops. (2thumbs)

The car looks great but those photos are unreal! When I first opened this thread I was thought someone put a MS3 model in Mr. Rogers ghetto. Must be the depth of field or something but it really doesn't look of this world. I mean all that in the best of ways.

Thanks for the comments. The camber isn't that bad. I've seen a lot worse. The rims are Rota P1's bought through wheeldude here on the forums. He has his own forum. They are 18x8, and I forget the offset. Tires are OEM until the tread runs out, then I'll go with a set of 225's, probably Falken Azenis RT-615.

As for the ride, it's not bumpy at all. Lower, and a little firmer, but no where near bumpy.

As for the photography, Canon 5D with 24-70 and 70-200 2.8L. To get that kind of micro look (although it's not as apparent this time) back up as far as you can and zoom in as close as you can. Usually looking down will exaggerate it a bit.

Oh, caught me!

You serious? I have them too and I find them bumpy as hell.

I gotta figure this out, either you love them or hate them. I think I am gonna love them regardless, but the girl is gonna be the deciding factor. Anyone close and can give me a ride in their speed with roadmagnets?

Although I've only had them on for a few days, I love them. I guess they could be a little bumpy on slow speed stuff like going over speed bumps or driveways, but at driving speed, they seem fine to me.
I went with them mainly because I wanted a drop that was 1" at least. I have about 1 finger gap in the rear, and just over 1 finger gap in the front.

You don't need to convince me, I need to convince the girl. We're gonna settle down soon so I know I'm not getting rid of her. Gotta keep her comfort in mind so she doesn't kill me. She didn't want me modding this at all.... oops....

I got her convinced that I can lower the car without trashing the ride. Cobb looks ok but I really love the look of the roadmagnet springs and I've heard they perform really well.
