New member, new Mazda owner, New CX-5 Touring!

To OP, I highly recommend JDM rear seat headrests and these low-profile headrests can give you (oh, your wife :)) a full view of the back window from rearview mirror for big safety improvement. And you no longer need to remove them to fold the seat backs.

Congrats!

My 2016.5 GT came with those headrests from factory :/ I live in Sweden tho!

My CX-5 is a 2016 Touring, FWD, and I'm still loving it after 14k miles. I'm averaging 29.52 mpg and love how the CUV handles, accelerates, feels. I think you'll really enjoy your new ride.

Have you guys looked at aftermarket wheels and suspension solutions?

Not really for this car. We are interested in upgraded wheels, but I'm much more inclined to do a painted OEM wheel from a 2016 CX5 GT or a 6 GT. As for suspension, this is my wifes DD, so no need to get all racey :)

Once I get my own toy though.... That's a different story :)
