New Info: GHL MotorSports True TurboBack for MSP

How much is your downpipe and midpipe section. I would not need a flange to bolt up to a stock system. I have a 3" from the j pipe back, but I would like to replace the downpipe I have, it's the apex 3" dp, with yours. So how much would that be for the Dp and catless midpipe with 2 o2 bungs welded on.

Would it be possible to get one special ordered with a bunng for an o2 wideband sensor?

And when is the DP going to be made available for purchase? When I say DP, I am refering to the pipe that connects to the catback only, which in essence, is what a DP is supposed to be.

Final pricing for the Downpipe has been set. This inlcludes everything from the turbo to the flange on the catback.

Downpipe with Hi flow Cat $535

Downpipe with Race Pipe $485
This is what I love about this forum. Forget all the BS and trash talking that can hapen in some of the threads. This is what it is all about.

Day before yesterday I asked if it was possible for GHL to extend their S-pipe into a full DP with or w/ out a cat to extend to the factory cat back flange. Two days later they already have established pricing and made the part available.

Yes, obviously this shows what a great company GHL is. In addition it also shows the true value of the forums. Any place where you can directly interface with a vendor, explain what you want to them, demonstrate the market (desire for product), and eventually see the part come to market is simply awesome. This is a tool that many car enthusiasts before us never had.

Thank you for everything GHL. Expect to hear from me tomorrow for ordering. I'll PM you about shipping tonight.

Amen. Also, is the $535 including shipping or not?

Need to know if this is an easy install or if I will have to pay someone...will effect my decision to buy.

Are you going to provide good instructions for us? Also, what is the final price?

Ingrexco was able to install it himself. If you are mechanicly inclined then I see no reason why this cant be done in your garage. Something like a Bentley manual would come in handy.

Yes, an extra bung is no problem. The dp should be availabe in the next week or so. The original deason made it very easy to allow this change.

So everything aside from the flange?

Wow... I'm DROOLING over those welds... That's really nice. Any chance you'll do a custom cat-back for an N/A Protege5? =) Hehee.

Actually, I believe that the catback section is universal, except the P5 is a little shorter. I dont imagine it would be a problem, but 3" on a P5 is a little overkill, right? :)

How much will the full turbo back minus the muffler cost? And how much xtra for just the non-cat piece of pipe?

Depending at what RPM the P5 peaks at it will be either 2.25" or 2.5"

Just ordered my downpipe! (yippy) Curious about Dextruss' question though...

I'll get a price for the cat bypass pipe before yours ships so in case you want to add it it can be shipped at the same time.
