New Here, Need Help with Turn Signal/Door Open Sound

Maybe this is a bit odd, but I've looked over the manual and can't find anything. Have an 07 Mazda3 sport. I just bought this vehicle used. When I first drove it the tire pressure light was on and it was making a beeping noise every minute or two and when the doors were open. They had mismatched tires on the car and I we figured that was the issue. The seller put new tires on the car and when I picked it up the tire pressure light was off, but I've come to notice there is no sound when I use my turn signals or open the door. Is this a setting or possibly a speaker that was unhooked? I'm concerned and need help. Thanks!

when using the turn signals, you will here the relay on the passenger side of the car, right next to the kickpanel, very low sound and our cars don't make any noise when the door is open.....only time you will ever here a noise when the door is open is when the key is in the ignition.
