new engine?

So for a while now I have been batteling lack of power a smoking/leaking engine. Have not been able to come to any conclusions about why this is occurring. I have had the head rebuilt with port n polish new int. Valves and reseated exh. Valves new valve guide seals. New head gasket, while head was off I had two mechanics look at cylander walls and pistons and rings off they said it all looked good no lip on cylander walls... only smokes when under boost if downpipe is taken off it would appear that fresh oil is being spit out, oil also coming between head and exh mani.... Code p2006 intake mani tuning controle valve circut. It has a mind of its own when it wants to miss at idle and at low rpm lugs... whn I rev up to 4 grand in any gear and let off the clutch with no gas the rpms will drop and it will die.... any intputs on what could be wrong or why it dies after boost would be greatly appreciated before I take a sledge hammer and take my anger out on my car... about to get a honda here! If u have a new engine or know of one let me know!!
 
The tuning valve (manifold butterfly's) should not make much of a difference. I say remove the suckers.

Check for boost leaks.
Check for vacuum leaks
Check your egr valve- even though I don't think it'll be that

Can you take one of the manifolds off and see if you got oil coming from off your valve stems.

I get the feeling your it may be time to replace the turbo. But that does t explain why you are stalling. If you take off the charge pipe is there oil in the compressor housing and inside the pipe? If so how much? A light misting of oil is considered normal.

A compression test never hurts to find out if you have an issue in a cylinder
