new bumper and grill??

hey guys some dubass just backed into my car today while i held the horn down for like 10 seconds, and i had no where to go.. anywayss it scratched up my bumper and cracked it. so i was wondering if anyone knows how much a new mazdaspeed bumper and grill cost?

Bumper, $350 or so. Grille, maybe $250? I hope he pays for it. This doesn't include cost of paint.

was it because of the flooding? people were driving like idiots today all over town.

ya thats exactly why.. lke 3 of my friends crashed from taking turns too fast on s*** tires.. hah i watched all of them with their terrible handleing cars. but ya the guy backed right into me without slowing down. luckily it wasnt bad, just scuffs and kinda knocked it loose so there is about a 1/4" gap between one headlight and the bumper.

i have the same sag right now from hitting a tire on the freeway that slung under a neon that was in front of me. mine sags because the holes that are used to hold hte bumper up are screwed up. i plan on redrilling holes to see if i can pull her back into proper place before spending the money on buying and painting a new bumper. have you tried cleaning off the scuffs or did it take off paint? after i hit that tire i had thought the damage was permenant but after scrubbing pretty hard all the scuffs are gone. just looking out to save you some money. you should come hang with the crew sometime.

That sucks, I probably would have flipped out on the guy who hit me if that was me.... Around here, as soon as one drop of rain falls, people drive as if they are the only ones on the road... like all of the sudden free for all rules were instated.

ya its cracked.. like right underneath the passenger foglight. and the scoffs took some paint off so its a new bumper and grill on his tab..lol
