Have a Mazda 6 2016 Grand Touring. It comes with its own center console for the Usb, aux and the navigation sd card. We upgraded to a new Aux Unit so we can have Car Play and update our firmware for it. However, after installing everything and making the cables neat, the usb ports only detect anything connected to them for like 3 seconds, then they stop. Then after some seconds, they detect again for 3 seconds. If anybody has installed their own new aux unit, have you had any issues like this? What do you think it could be? Any ideas are welcome.
