I dont believe it allows you to override the power limits, however i believe its a % reduction in max power. I've dataloged 2nd gear and i hold roughly 14psi in 2nd which is much more than stock (around 11 i believe) so it might be something along the lines of 1st is 70%, 2nd is 85%, 3rd n up is 100%
+1 on the whiners that run 2x the hp and blow after they stock out and think its a PT knock issue. Running 30psi at 13.0afr the night before had no bad effects on the engine whatsoever (rlaugh)
