I sure hope so! As I told the tire shop guy, I just want the problem to go away. Searching back I did find posts of people saying it took more extensive repairs to the drivetrain or suspensions eg lower control arms. It isn't Always vibrating, which I expected if just tires (but I'm not a tire specialist). This rumble/vibration comes through the steering wheel, then goes away before repeating ... the cycle taking maybe 3-5s. Nothing noticeable driving around town. Very odd, and I'm not the first to experience it. Some who had bigger problems had to escalate it up to Mazda to get a fix ordered, and I'd rather not have to do that but I will. This is my first car - Mazda or otherwise - to have a manufacturer defect out the doorThe vibration is a tire defect or tire balancing issue. The Toyo A36 were very smooth for me.
