Hell yea, smooth pavement is a must for me. I suggest anytime before school ends. That's when it really picks up around here. I'll do some research.

We should detour and make a run by Wood's Hole and Chatham on our way down 28. You can get pretty close to the water and there are some great views.

does lindsey's have a section in the middle of the restaurant that looks like a diner? I think it had booths along one wall and then a dinerish bar along the other side of the aisle facing the kitchen? If so thats where we wound up for dinner the night we stayed at the cape....goooooooood fooooooooood!

thats so funny. No one who was with us on that trip was familiar with the area so we just drove down the strip and picked a place to pull into at random. i had a gorgantuan seafood platter for dinner........and then again for breakfast....mmmmm

my parenst had a cottage right behind lindseys...indian mound beach...when i forst went there as a kid it was small, small take out place only...then over time it grew to what it is today, great seafood!

may 7 is 2 sundays after....but that sounds good to me. Im sure some unavoiable critical event will pop up between now and then and be happening on may 7 and preclude me from going but for now it sounds great.

I cant see my driveway holding more than 10 very strategically parked Pros. But there is a lot across the street (Route 39, Orleans)
But I will help Josh scope good roads and stopping points!
FYI, there are no smooth roads here...really.
I REALLY like the Drive-in idea, we go there sometimes, its VERY irregular in the parking lot tho...sort of tiered like wavy pavement.
Lets see now, what else we can come up with to do to terrorize the locals? hmmm....

I think as long was we do this before the end of may we should not have to worry about lots of traffic and stuff! this will be a nice caravan/meet for us to start the spring/summer of 06'

and theres definitely nice roads out there. We didnt drive on one bad one that I can recall the whole trip except maybe a little of p-town
