NEPOC Cruise to New Brunswick, NJ meet 4/17

I have to buy some new front tires before I go. I cant drive down there without new fronts, so on Friday when I get paid I am buyinng the cheapest pair I can. Let's hope I can get some real cheap.

Ok, I'm confirmed!

I'm going to leave Saturday morning from MA, in time to arrive to NJ for 11am.... uhh, what's that... 4 hrs for safety's sake (w/ stops to piss and what not). So that's leaving at 7am.

I'm going to head out around 4pm or so back to NYC, visit my parents and cruise back to MA Sunday morning.

Alright meet place confirmed. April 17th. Exit 1 off I-84. Its a huge park and ride where all the "hot import racing" takes place on the weekends..Its right off the interstate. When your coming down I-84, turn right at the light at the end of the ramp..you'll be stopping in 10ft for another light..And just turn right once more onto the main road..You'll see the parking lot not 1/4 mile away..on the right..clear as day..Meet time will be that morning at 9am and will be leaving approx. 9:15 from there.

Each stop on the parkway is 35cents..tappanzee is 3.00 on the way back..So bring quarters/dimes and singles yo. Also, if anyone has 2-way radios..bring em..I have motorola talkabouts, anything that uses FRMS works.

Yeah I got some 2 ways. I might have 2 sets. I dont even know what kind they are. But i'll have them.

I'm heading down 91 to 84 like I said and I know I'm meeting people there. Who is meeting up on that route again? I forget.

And does anyone know where the list is for all the stuff that's being brought? (food, grilles, etc.)

Yeah I called about the room. We're all set. They just kind of give you whatever though. Its kind of sucky. You request the beds at check in. So I put down for two doubles but who knows what we end up with, they said that one king is standard.

Whatever we'll see. The list is kind of in the Virgina thread about the meet. I am going to bring all the plasticware, plus some other stuff.

We should write down who's EZPass and who's not, so that those who are can wait up for cash payers.

BTW, you can get the NYC EZPass for free, even if you are out of state (I did), so no reason not to get one... (unless you're afraid of EZPass tracking you electronically and all that)
