NEPOC Boston Night Cruise List

:
2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege
Lets make this official!
What: Boston Night Cruise
Where: Downtown Boston area
When: Saturday August 27, 8pm

*updated*
We will be meeting at the South Shore Mall, exit 6 off of 93/128. Off of the exit, merge right, then take the first left turn into the Mall area before the Mobil gas station. Then take the first left into the parking lot and I will be there in the closest parking lot. Cruise route will probably be 93N to Storrow Drive, off at Fenway exit, up Boylston St, down Newbury, onto I-90. This is subject to change if anyone has better ideas or if Bazooka Joe joins us.

I'm in...no plans at the moment.

Driving over to the airport is fun except you gotta pay the toll. If that's ok, I suggest taking 93N to the 90E. Take a spin around Logan and then back to the city. If we get off the highway and cruise downtown it will be real difficult to stay together...but perhaps someone can plot a route that doesn't have too many lights.<!-- / message -->

Phoenix, I think we should be ok...you can bring road snacks and music for yourself of course. Thanks for offering. I don't imagine there being too much traffic. Maybe downtown but thats normal.

i'm thinking that we can do the new central artery, maybe along the charles, the pike has just been repaved too...we can have a pit stop at my work in watertown...top of the parking garage has a great view of the boston skyline too!

I'd love to roll down Beacon or Newbury (3 lanes wide full of proteges) but it would be difficult for us all to get there at once.

We could hit Storrow Drive, get off at the Fenway exit, go up Boylston then back down Newbury to I-90. If we stay single file, close together through the city I bet we won't have any problems. But we can all exchange phone numbers when it comes time just in case.

Mark, your plan sounds good too, just don't think your are going to get away without racing me that night. :) What about Castle Island..do any import cars hang there?

I am up for the drive. Just need to get a new clutch installed in my car. If that happens, I am in.

Cool, we'd love to have you along. When you know for sure just add your name to the list.

U know where I can get my new clutch installed?

Yes, I am looking forward to hookin up with everyone out here.

I'm sure any import tuner shop can do it. Personally I use T3 Motorsports in downtown Boston on Huntington Ave. Check out your local yellow pages.
