So apparently I had one hell of a night last night. It started at 5pm with a "business meeting" at some fancy restaurant to discuss the past fiscal year (we did FANTASTIC)...there was even talks of expanding our business into the Boston area! Given the opportunity I'd move up to our Lowell office in a heartbeat.

But anyways...there were about 30 of us there and in 3.5 hours we ran the bill up to almost $2,500...mostly alcohol and seafood...we take our business meetings very seriously (evil).

After that I went out with some friends...don't remember much after that but I woke up this morning on my buddy's living room floor with an 8-inch gash down my right arm. Not deep..but enough to sting like a b****. When my buddy drove me back to the bar to get my car it was thankfully still there....parked sideways...in a handicapped spot (boom06)

just got off the phone with Discount Tire...gonna try for the third time to get the right size hub rings. This time, the right number was on the invoice, part in the bag was wrong, oi!

Anyone need hub rings? Now I have two extra sets.

A) Shopping for a Jeep
B) Shopping around for a good trade-in price for her car
C) Trading in her car and buying a Jeep
D) Bombing the place (if it's Liberty Mazda in Hartford)

I've been toying around with the idea of popping off/out all the gray/silver pieces (air vent rings, accent pieces around the radio area, door handles) and getting them painted red. I REALLY hate gray/silver.

Thoughts?

Actually... I was a couple hundred dollars away from buying an 04 Nissan Frontier. I test drove it yesterday. They're asking 14,995 for it with 66K miles on it and part of the front bumper was BROKEN.. like.. flopping in the wind broken so that needed to be fixed. Did some research last night and all I could find were higher model trucks priced at 12K for the same relative miles. Then started looking up clean retail and the highest I found was 13,900 for an EXCELLENT retail. No way was this truck excellent.. Went in today with my offer. He started showing me a KBB page for a Crew Cab Frontier (4 door, higher model) at 15K. I said: that truck isn't a Crew Cab.. it's a King Cab, it only has 2 doors. He looked up the KBB for it and it was 13,400 for excellent.... Right then I knew someone f'ed up... either they priced it too high, or they don't know what they're selling. We couldn't come to a deal and I found out they paid over 10K for the truck and all of the places I looked had well under 10K as a trade in or private party... Someone rooooyally messed up when buying it.

Mahk tires feel great on the car! Look good too....have to wash the cara and clean the wheels up! Also lost a lug nut somehow, so I will be looking for new lugs, may order some blue one instead of painting the ones i have......using a crappy stock lug for now.....pretty tight fit on the wheels but fit it without scratching the wheel.

Just got back from WGI racetrack. To words: SCREW NASCAR! Lauri, Marlon, Gary and myself had to park in the middle of f-ing nowhere even though we had paddock parking passes. The reason was because each of the NASCAR teams had their very own trailer for souvenirs.

All in all it was a fun race. Did anyone happen to see us on the TV? There was a nice fight for 2nd between the 70 and 69 car at the end. They were battling it out hardcore for the spot.
