so after neglecting the speed for almost a year. I spent 12 hours saturday and a few hours today cleaning. for 70K I'm pretty please the way it looks.

i did around 400+- last yr...and all i did was cut and grout and clean...that was enough for me! although i am doing my bathroom this fall, walls and floor(sad1)

Good morning! It's so nice to be back in the office today.

Have fun with the demo Sean and I'll drink a Yuengling while thinking of you laying the tile.

I have to source the leak in our upstairs tub. Sometimes after a shower is taken I get water on the floor...sometimes not. I've ruled out the supply line and drain and hoping it's just a matter of replacing the fixture.

I have yuengling in my fridge right now. I'll have a few while tiling. It might not make the grout lines all that straight, but I'll feel better.
