NEMOC Random BS Thread

Kittens that adorable make me really mad that I'm allergic to cats... Soooo cute.

Claritin will allow you to love again!

Hey guys I got my HKS installed :) I'm SOOOOO happy with it! Pics are in my "installing your own exhaust thread". I didn't want to clutter this thread up with all the pics.

I like Mary sleeping in her bathrobe in the background... lol.

Sooooooo cute! I was thinking the same thing about kneading!

haha, true!

My Kadie kitteh is very needy. She whines as soon as we get up which means "Feed me dammit!" lol

i hear you there mane. the cats here bug out in the morning and at night for food. they know the tub we keep it in and run back and forth whenever we go into the kitchen and stand on the tub and meow. then try to paw it open if i decide to cook my breakfast first and rub my legs to the bone. lol. crazy cats.

We only feed our cat once a day. She'll make it last for the whole day, usually.

i think we feed 1/3 cup in the morning to each cat then 1/3 at night. it took a while to get them to know what bowl to use but once we got it down they know they will get in trouble when they steal food. although....one cat is unusually fatter than the other. lol.

haha... yeah one will always tend to be dominant. We only have the 1 cat, so she's kept slim and trim with the one feeding per day. She's a Maine Coon though, so she's a big cat to begin with.

im not sure what kind of cats we have.

we went to get one from some lady in worcester with a few kids and when we went to see if we wanted the kitten the kids were chasing it around and trying to grab its tail so we were like, we'll pay you today and take it today. lol.

then the other we got from neady cats. cost 100 bucks but it goes to the shelter and they really take care of the animals there. i think theyre in princeton towards mount wachusette. you walk into a room with about 3847394 cats and pick one you like. they keep the cats with hiv/aids or other diseases seperate from the other cats and give the million others their shots. so basically your picking up a totally taken care of cat for 100 bucks. plus they called us for about 2 years after every now ad again to see how he was doing.

Sweet! My buddy Adrian (has a cosmic blue speed3) has a FMIC. Custom built though.. he didn't buy a kit. He also had it custom powdercoated a black crinkle finish (the piping anyways -- not sure about the intercooler itself). He said it makes a HUGE difference!

Well, attached the trailer to Mia and put the winter tires in and took them down to the local garage to get them balanced. 2 guys come out to help me unload them and say "We were just admiring your....trailer??" (dunno)

Oh well. 1st step in the winter conversion.

I gotta order snow tires for my P5... nobody makes 16" snow tires in the stock size anymore... but because of the Honda fit, Bridgestone makes some 185/55/16 tires. Probably gonna do those, because it's not worth finding 15" steelies for 15" snow tires.

2nd thought: 185/60/15 new pirelli snow tires at $66/pop from tirerack, then a set of 15" mazda millenia alloy wheels or some other 15" wheels from a junkyard. say $120 for a set of junkyard wheels, $76/pop shipped tires. $424 + mount/balance (at least $80). so about $504, plus gas to drive to junkyard.

3rd thought: same as above, but with 15" steel wheels at $56/pop shipped from tirerack (had to put in that i had a 1995 mazda millenia to get those wheels, for some reason they don't show up for the p5). the tires would be mounted and balanced, which is about a $15-20/wheel savings... AND they would be balanced perfectly (I've had a lot of bad luck with local shops balancing half-assedly). total of $528 to my door. I think this is it.

1st option of 185/55/16 ws-60's would've been $448 + mount/balance ($80), about the same $528. and then I'd have to pay for mount/balance again in the spring and have to deal with driving to a shop to do it.
