Best of luck today Oleg. Surgery is a minor part. 80% is rehab. Don't scrimp at all. It will hurt like a mofo but pain will be your friend.

Good morning all from Nags Head. Had a great drive yesterday, stopped at the Chesapeake Tunnel for lunch. Got to watch a Canadian warship go over the tunnel. Weather was awesome, cloudy in the morning turning to Sunny in the afternoon. Staying at Nags Head Inn right on the beach.

Off to see the wild horses today in Corolla and get to drive a rental jeep as well. Will upload some pics soon.
