I hear you guys on the snow, I had to head in for my argument today and I spent half of the ride driving sideways. I generally use some of the back roads and found that even @ 5 this aft they were just straight up not plowed since probably like 6am. It got to the point where I made it to a small hill and because I had to stop for a light I just looked at it, noticed the snakes from where other cars couldn't make it up and decided that there was no chance I was going to make it and went the long way.
When I got back I also found that someone had parked in my parking spot and what was worse the management co decided that a half @$$ plowing job was good enough and there were no clear parking spots left in the lot so I had to get out (while wearing a full suit mind you) assemble the poorly designed emergency shovel I have in my trunk, and try to shovel out a parking spot with a 6in plastic shovel versus a pile of that beautiful frozen slush mixtures that plows leave behind. even then the lot was so tight that I had to angle into the spot no matter how well I cleared it and ended up sliding sideways into the ice/snow/frozen slush mixture. Hopefully there's no damage.
In regards to the housing market I don't know about sales but the NY times is reporting an alltime low for house prices, so now might not be the time to sell Mahk, Boston's fared a bit better than some of the worst areas (houses in ATL for example are worth the same as what they were 11 years ago) the prices are falling again (though they project that they'll probably get even worse in the near future so now might have to be the time). They're calling it a "double dip" I'm no economist but looking at the graphs the pricing is starting to look like the sinodal curves I studied in HS.
Important read for those of you in/soon to be in the housing market. As much as I hate the Grey Lady they're business section is starting to outclass WSJ

Also, anyone catch the number of RX-8s running in the Rolex GT series this year? by my count Speedsource has dropped one car (apparently they sold at least 2 cars and built 2 new ones but as far as I can tell they're only running 2 @ Daytona) Sahlen switched from Corvettes to 2 8s (they bought the old Speedsource cars), Dempsey has their 2, Racers Edge is rocking their 8 again but Yellow Dragon and a few other teams have opened shop with 8s as well. Sahlen is talking about grabbing the manufacturers title for Mazda. Could be fun to watch
