Yikes Chris, a dealer sold him the car like that? If so, that would be one dealer that wouldn't get my business or the business of my friends and family.

Bruce, thanks for clarifying and that's what I thought. But he insists that the salesman told him it would come with all-seasons due to our region....maybe the salesman did and is now eating his words for not knowing his s***? I got a call from him earlier saying that the dealer called him and is giving him the all-seasons but waiting on word from Mazda to recoup their cost so it sounds to me like the runaround continues. I told him the same and that he should just invest in a good set of snow tires and wheels and call it a day.

Good afternoon, another crazy day here at the office. After this morning I can say that I now have the ability to find drawings that were drawn by our now defunct Canadian office. Without a contract number it's a royal PITA so now the hard part....getting the engineers to give me the contract number when they request them.
Update on the tires....a girl from the dealer told him that the car came from the factory with a/s so they are not sure why it has summer tires.....WTF?!? I had to laugh and tried to tell him that's not the case but it's like talking to a teenager (for those of you with teenage kids, you know what I mean). Now they want him to provide the window sticker so they can review it....sounds like he's not going to be getting free tires after all. They no longer sell Mazdas at that dealer so they can't just compare a couple from the lot.
