Need suggestion on replacing passenger side mirror casing

Hi,

My 2012 cx-9 GT passenger side mirror casing broke today while trying backing up. The mirror is intact and works fine. The black plastic housing of the mirror is broken. Though the outside cover is not broken, it can't be attached either due to the broken casing. I was looking into the internet, but had a hard time to look for the replacement part. It looked like something I can order and fix. Going to the dealership is the last option.

I'll appreciate if someone can provide information on where to look for this replacement part ? I'm hoping that I don't end up replacing the entire mirror.

Dealer will only sell you the entire assembly.
Look elsewhere if you have it cheaper - eBay?

Thanks Ceric, I'll keep an eye on eBay, its unfortunate that for broken plastic case, I need to buy the entire thing.

you could check car-part.com to see if you can locate a used one...being this new good chance you could find a "like new" one. Make sure that you have the - in between car and part!
