Need some help with hid's

Hey guys, I have a 08 Sport. I'm looking into getting hid's, but don't really know that much about them(scratch). I was wondering if a few of you guys could point me in the right direction of which kit is best of our cars. Also how hard is the install and about which to get to keep it legal here in VA. Thanks!

Aftermarket HIDs are illegal. But then again, so is having your horse in a bathtub on Thursdays in North Carolina, so it's iffy on whether that law is enforced.
