Need some help from the experts

I recently bought a 2012 Mazda 5, it needs a new fender, headlight, a rear view mirror, and some other stuff.
My girlfriends uncle has a mazda 3 that looks about the same year at his junk yard, but its 3 hours away.
Will any body parts at all swap over to my Mazda 5? I really need the fender and mirror!
Also Holy crap parts for the 5 are hard to find. Litterally not even the dealer even had a radiator hose i needed, neither did any other auto parts store

Fenders won't interchange. Look at the shape of the fender at the A-pillar where the triangle for the side mirror is located—the 5 has a notch, the 3 doesn't. Mirrors and headlights are also different shapes.

Are there any other models these parts would interchange? I'm guessing not

The dealer may not have stuff in stock, but they should be able to order just about any part for a 2012 still.

Body shops, even my Mazda dealer's shop, source replacement parts that way to keep costs down.

New repro fender is about $150 shipped on eBay. New is about $200 at the dealer.
