need help with this car issue

On Saturday when I went to start the car every possible light in the car lit up and remained on, so I turned off the car and turned it back on the problem goes away.

Later on the same thing happened at the Vet's office. So this morning 730am I dropped off the car and it's @ the dealer now.

Any ideas as to what the heck is going on I still have the solid check engine light but what the hell is happening with these other lights?

*by the way I had posted my mpg was going up lately and after my last oil changed I have been going low 13mpg and these problems have come about.

when u started the car, did the engine turn on and lights were on, or did you turn the key, get the lights, but no engine?

the last problem in my 7 before i got rid of it was turning the key, all the lights went on but the car wouldnt start (the engine wouldnt even turn on/try to start)

No this is straight up starting the car. a bit of an update I have the car tonight still with check engine light because the wrong part came in.
But it get's better I will be one of the 1st to be getting the a new center display unit apperently this is faulty as well. I also have problem with the door seals and hinges those also on order not making a tight enough seal that explains the other post I made about the door rattle.

Anyway it's been a long day Im not a happy camper this evening.
