Need help with CPE Towplate

I am about to sell my CPE towplate but I am having troubles removing the the black screw that you screw into your tow hitch. How do you remove it??? I used red locktite because instructions I found to install told me to use that kind, but just read the red is like impossible to unthread. Guessing I am screwed??

Put a pipe wrench (plumbers wrench, not water pump pliers) on it and twist it out.
