Need help with audio !

okay so I recently just bought a 2004 Mazda 3 hatchback. and my friend wants to sell me his system with two subs and an amp. however I don't want to put a head unit in bc I don't want to loose the steering wheel controls... therefore he told me the car must have "line out" or something like that for it to work. soo can one of you experts tell me if my car has that so I can hook my system up ?

Need to know what amp it is. Some have speaker-level inputs, so you can connect the speaker outputs from the factory radio directly to the amp. If the amp only has RCA's, then you will need a line-out converter. An LOC simply attenuates amplified (speaker level) signals down to line level (RCA) signals.

That's a starting point anyway.

look for a small white plastic connector with 4 pins, that is for speaker lead input
 
alright good thankss. its an orion sub? two twelves and an 800 watt amp. idk i think i might just take it to the audio shop and have htem tell me . thanks alot though.
