Need Help w/ Part# and Name

Hey guys on my 2002 Protege5 with heavy rain water gets inside the passenger door. So much that you can hear the water swooshing. Looks like the rubber moulding that should be making contact with the window glass is not making good contact.
Is that rubber moulding called the outer belt moulding? Passenger side would be right side correct?
Is it part # B25D-50-640A? Outer Belt Moulding?

If it's not doing any damage to the parts you can get a drill and drill holes about a half inch above the bottom of the door and make drain holes.

Our doors should have drains in them it's almost impossible for water to not get into the door

The doors do have holes in them, at the front and rear. They're covered with little flaps...don't drill into your doors.
