Need Help Deciding on 2 different harnesses

Hello Forum.....
So I'm buying a new CD Deck (Want bluetooth) and there are 2 aftermarket harnesses that I see......Apparently both retain steering wheel controls but only one will provide me with the "Bells and Whistles" Literally (boom07).

The biggest thing I'm concerned with is losing the climate control/temp LCD Screen......
I don't care about warning chimes etc.

Hello Doug,

I have the first one, the PAC, and I think mine may be going bad after about 3.5 months in service. I am in the process of bypassing it (I need to modify the harness today) to see if my problem goes away.

I should know more within a few days.

Awesome......Another Doug (headbang) Im not so concerned about the safety chimes and what not......However, not seeing whats going on with the Climate Control would be really annoying....This has been a frustrating path to an aftermarket stereo

Its so frustrating that I can get a nice CD Deck for 120.00 installed with Bluetooth, USB etc but to make it all work I need to spend another 100.00

I have a 2010 too. Today I bypassed the PAC adapter and everything works, chimes and climate control, I just don't have working steering wheel controls.

Also, my radio issues have went away.

Im not very good with Car Audio......Ive never installed a CD Deck.......I ordered a new deck today as well as the PAC module just cause it was heavily discounted. I'm not sure if I should just take it to somewhere to have it installed.
