Need Help Asap

I am installing the Injen CAI and there is a bushing....I do not know where it goes...if someone could direct me straight to the the how to link I would love it. I went to the how-to section and all I found was the custom CAI....please help!! pm's...responses....anything will help!

Is it the AEM cause supposely some of them have a bushing to go between the brackets that mount to the body to keep it from rubbing and such.

if you got a digicam and took a picture of what youre talkin about we could probably help you

It is the Injen CAI system. It is just a small bushing that says Injen on it and it has two metal threads that you can use on either side. Some guy told me I really didnt need it..but let me know what you think...also what will keep it shiny...any products u guys know of?

a dry soft rag will keep it clean and shiny...as for the bushing, i dont think i had a bushing with mine that had injen on it...i had a black cylindrical bushing with two screw like pieces on either side of it...is that what youre talking about?

Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about Razor....u know where it goes? Also, I installed it and everything was going good...after I drove it around a little....I was at a stop light and as the car idled it had a wierd clicking noise coming from the engine...anybody know what is wrong with this now? Man....first install and I am dieing here  If you guys know anything please help me and I appreciate all of ur help

the rubber thing goes i believe the fourth hole up from the front of the car...screw it under the CAI "arm", then put the arm on top of it, then put the provided washer down, then the small bolt down, and screw it in tight...im including a picture...it may look a bit confusing, because instead of following the directions i got (because they were wrong), i used a hack saw to cleanly chop that bronze-colored piece and relocated the coolant reservoir to that location, where it is much more sturdy. the piece we are talking about in the picture is the only silver colored bolt.
