Hey, thats a cool car, my friend's got a 99 eclipse spyder gst, its pritty quick... Are you making it an AWD yourself?? I dont think they made GSX Spyder's, right? I really wanna find a 1G Eclipse GSX or AWD Talon TSi for cheap, but i need to save my money, god damnit.... DSM's are pritty sweet though, maybe later on, u can see his car by clicking on the P5 in my sig. I'll try to get some pics of my dirtbike, and the 69 tomorrow.

no my baby came w/ 2.4l front wheel drive.
i bought it with 200 miles on it. its my favorite body style next to the mitsu starion i had years ago. they never came with AWD. i am converting it from a tsi drivline i bought from michaelsons auto salvage around your area in south river.
im keep this baby as long as i live.
its no mecedes but it was the last year of the most influental car in the modern import scene

Thats what I've been playing with all winter. It no longer has the "green goblin" paint scheme...it's now mazdaized with melineum red mica paint. Hopefully next couple of weeks I'll have it done and riding again. I like doing restos on vintage Japanese dual sports...just don't have the time or the money do any right now. Other hobbies include windsurfing (just getting into it), surfing, skimboarding, and fishing.

Im really only into fixing up my cars as well. I bought my Civic bone stock 3 years ago, and did most of the work myself. Now, I'm selling that to give me a little extra cash to fix up the Mazdaspeed. The only other thing that I really enjoy is collecting diecast models of import cars. I've got a lot of the 1/64 scale ones, but the 1/18ths are just so detailed its crazy...(2thumbs)I've got about 50 total...I need more shelves

I'm also into to motorcycles and bicycles. The Motorcycle is a Ducati 748 yellow monoposto. I'll see if I can find a pic. The bicycles are a Schwinn Circuit (road) and an Ibis Mojo (mountain). I haven't been out on the Mojo in a while. Looking to get back into it if there's anyone out there that wants to ride in the Houston area.

My other hobby is music. I'm trying to learn guitar (Martin DM, so beautiful). I also collect Vinyl. That's right, albums. I bought a B&O turntable used from this guy and he sold me a bunch of his old old vinyl. I think I have almost all the Led Zep that's out on vinyl. I really like all kinds of music tho.

My life is so boring next to you guys geesh! The only hobbies I have time for in between playing G.I. Joe in real life, and fixing my car, is doing work on computers and photochopping. Its the only thing I can find that doesn't drive the wife crazy like spending money does, yet still allows me to relax a little bit. Although, she did give me a hefty allowance last weekend and let me spend $2500 on a new 57" Sony widescreen, so I can't complain. Just no more mods to the car or new hobbies for awhile.

ahhh, see? saving up money is worth it when you get something big like thagt, isn't it? just think of all the frivolous little things you would have spent $2500 over the course of a year...now you have something to show for it.
