What does tc stand for? Toyota Camry? That's what it's based on.... Nice looking car.

tC doesn't really stand for anything. It's to small to be based on a Camry.

Actually that is somewhat untrue. It definately uses the engine from toyota camry, and i think shares a lot of chassy components with it.

It's not necesarily bad, but i am biased, because i always loved the the celica it replaced. The celica had a true sports car engine that was extremely rev happy. TC has a large displacement (for 4 cilinder) engine with dicent amount of torque. Although i am sure camry and TC have different ECU parameters, i still don't think that an engine from a family sedan is the best choice for a sports car. Although i do not mind the way it looks and the interior looks awesome, i feel like i will always be sceptical about it.

Oh and this is not a flame by any means. I try hard not to judge any people, and i a honestly very happy you're enjoying your new ride
