My New STF project...

Did you shim the rear using VW/K-car rear shims and disable the ABS or were you able to find another work around?

Best of luck, travel safely.

I would also like to know. The I got with the tri point bar was 0.44. Are you saying you have 0.0 rear toe....

Well, last event before Nationals was very positive I was working on set up and driving smoother, my co- driver was focused on winning, he kicked my as... but I still very happy since the car is Rocking !!!

Car is ready.

24 drivers , probably 26 .. only one Mazda 2 ...

I'll do my best, I am pretty sure the Mazda 2 community is going to be happy one way or another.

Andres

Wow only 1 Mazda 2 this year, seems strange.

So me and my co-driver are at his house before we leave to Lincoln in the morning, watching our last practice event and he has a nice software to put next to each other's footage of our runs, his second fastest against my fastest, I was playing conservative and he is very fast , enjoy:

First runs at Nationals are complete.

Andres was 5th after his first run, but got shuffled back. His co-driver finished his first run in 3rd. Very tight race so far. Get it done Andres and Mike!

Second runs are in.

Andres looks to be in 15th. His co-driver, Mike Lawson, is in 5th. Very tight at the top. A Mazda 3 is currently leading. Today's course seems to favor power, and tomorrow should favor the lower-power handling cars like the Mini and the Mazda 2. Come on Andres and Mike!

Looks like the timing trailer has lost power. Weather is rolling in, last runs should be interesting. Come on guys, you can do it!

Third and final runs are complete for today.

Weather held out. Andres fell back to 18th. His co-driver, Mike Lawson, had dropped back to 5th before his last run and dropped 7 tenths to jump back up to 3rd; just 7 tenths behind the leader.

We will see what happens tomorrow... stay tuned!
