It sounds NICE. Low rumble that goes away somewhat at higher RPMs instead of getting louder. Nice rumble when engine braking & revving.

cause mine without silencer sounds low as hell.
very very deep, not raspy.
actually it was so deep that as soon as i entered a parking structure at school, i set off alarms on all 3 floors.......i had to put the silencer back on.
