My LED swap

You are absolutely correct sir. I had to get down on a knee to see that the driving lamp existed, and then it was a snap to change out. The WLED-WHP9-T worked perfect and looks great too!

Question about the license plate bulbs....easier to pop the covers off the back or take the trunk liner out. I was studying them today after I switched out the interior ones...looks like its going to be tough.

Nice LED's in OP. Almost the exact same setup as mine, but I put amber LED's with a really narrow viewing angle in the front parking lights (and matrix leds in the side for the turn signal mod).

Do any of you guys who have replaced the parking lamps with the 194 LED's wiggle loose in the housing? I have a hell of a time trying to keep mine on without tapping the top of the headlight.

I've been meaning to update the first page with more pics, I've gott re-do the parking light so I'll try to take some more pics

Dunno about them not fitting/ popping out, but two of my 194's I had in my license plate started to flicker after 3 months, caps were sealed just fine and they were from SuperBrightLED's.

So I know this thread is a little outdated but I got a few questions about this kit. I recently purchased it and had time to put them in earlier today. So far I did the rear dome, doors, glove box, and license plate no problem. I tried my vanity mirrors and I keep blowing a damn fuse. Its the 15A Room fuse. Worst case scenario I wont bother with them considering I dont really use them, but if anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Also, Is there an easier way to change the daytime lights without having to remove the airbox?

When I installed my parking lights I already had an intake, I'm not sure how difficult it would have been with the stock air box.

I put my tower II leds in the DRL's with my airbox still on.. all i did was unclip the top portion of the box and it gave me a little more room to work with. but start out with the passenger side so you get a feel for how the backing pops out then up. that the toughest part about doing the drivers side with the airbox still there. ya gotta the the backing out far enough so you can pull it up and out. just play with it.. its very simple just takes time and patience. also a hint for getting the bulb back in easier is just take a flash light and shine it in the little hole for the DRL's. it just makes it easier to line the bulb up. good luck man. post pics when your done.

ah ok well ill give it a try. i appreciate the help ill post pictures when its done! hopefully tonight :)

EDIT: ok so i attempted the driver side, and i was able to get to the bulb. But the passenger side has a group of wires that have no play that sit on top of the housing that I need to unclip. without the pay I cannot get to the bulb. I tried following the wires thinking maybe they went to a plug? but no luck. :(

Well had a few hours to kill this weekend and was able to install the rest of the LEDs. The wires that i came across on the passenger side under the hood, were held in place by zipties that were attached to a plastic (popper?). Just popped em off and gave easy access to the passenger side light. I had overlooked that the last time i posted lol install was very easy though and overall makes the mazda look so much better!! (drinks)
Im currently at work right now but will post pics as soon as I get off!

EDIT: heres the pic of the front.
