Hello everyone
new to the this forum but not new to cars, mazdas, or the tuner world.
i have a 2007 mazda CX7 received it from my parents when i bought them a 2012 toyota yaris.
i kept telling myself to stay off the forums so i do not fall back into this tuner world... (i have another car for that & a motorcycle).
but only managed to stay away from 6 months... LOL
main goals for being on here? obtain and share information
my top 3 goals at the moment?
1) reduce heat soaking (recent socal heatwave drained power & MPG)
-leaning towards a corksport TMIC only because it is cheaper and i dont need anything crazy good
2) improve fuel consumption efficiencies (new reflash or tune, improve intake system, possibly TMIC)
3) suspension and/or handling
- just installed hawk HPS brake pad, next should be new power slots?
- or maybe some H&R springs?
- SS brake lines along with dot 5.1 fluid?
car is currently at 105k miles. i need a new passenger side motor mount.
car is red, FWD...
and thats it
my other car is a 1985 BMW 318i in beige
my motorcycle is 2007 suzuki GSX-R 600 in red
