My CWP MS3!!!

^wrd...

i might go lower if i really wanna pull of some hella flush. im all the way down on the coilovers but i can take out some perches and tweak them and itll go down more. but its already hard to drive the car on houston roads lol. my friends are saying im crazy if i wanna go lower.

strytnyne - lol for some reason i though you lived in louisiana. you have bc coilovers right? how did you adjust the rear shock according to the rear spring? does the shock adjust the height of the car in any way, shape, or form?

my friend just picked up some gold bbs lm's. i might ask him to let me try them on lol. if i do ill take pics.

Looks awesome!!! We need more of this on MS3's

Im going for the same stance + Flushness. 17x9 +44 and BC's spun down... 2 more weeks ;)

**** yes we need more cars with wheels with decent fitment im tired of seeing sunk ass wheels on cars lol. go flush or go home! what wheels are you going with?

i want to try an 18x9 30 offset. or if i go lower, 17x9.

shoot i got only 1 ring on my bc's but i think the 225 on the 18x9 is making the gap more exagerated i got the shock and 1 2/6 from where u cant turn it anymore, not sure it makes a difference because i used to have them all the way down, but a member mentioned that it rides better if u leave some of the shock out. not sure how to word this if its confusing at all haha but i got the coils all the way down with 1 ring gone

18x9 has been done 30+ search madvillian haha, bbs lm's are one of my top 5 rims.. yea if we tuck tire our front bumper would be on the ground

1 2/6 inches?

yea i bought the coilovers used and i just started lowering it from the last owners settings. yea i HAD to take out a perch from the rear. i also removed that weight or w/e it came with. if i didnt it would be waay too high. but im gonna mess with it in a little bit. i tried to adjust them before but the pass. side rear strut was stuck. i couldnt get the bolt loose.

and the fronts are all the way down. but i might disassemble them and take out a perch from there. it should set me right where i want it.

yea ive seen madvillains car. haha i just want to do a different style of wheel. but im looking at some other wheels right now and im tempted to try a lower offset. but itll be like borderline mexican truck style of poke. but i cant afford it right now (college pwns). so im gonna deal with what i have.

lol **** okei im working on the rear right now and i just found out that on one side, something is blocking the threads so i cant spin it. it looks like corrosion or something. you know any good chemical solutions to dissolve it? im sprayin it with WD, PB blaster, and break cleaner but its still not budging.

The stance looks good.....clean MS3 too. I rarely ever see White MS3's on my side of town. If im not mistaken, the last time I saw one I was out doing some fun runs with a couple of you guys awhile back....

Subby seats?

haha no theyre not subby seats. just sti head rests that my buddy wasnt using so he gave them to me. theyre actually pretty comfortable.

citizenpro - that was me that was running with yall. and RIP your car. for serious, its the cleanest msp ive ever laid eyes on.

EDIT: i blasted that shock with so much shiet but it still wouldnt budge. so i just lowered the locking nut for it waaay down and tomorrow im going to like drive around the neighborhood and see if it loosens itself. if it does then im gonna slam the crap out of it. and then ill be truely hellaflush MUAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

Thanx man, I miss her so much.

...have u tried hittin the threads with a wire brush to knock off the dirt or corrosion? I had a problem at times adjusting the Ksports due to the threads being so dirty from daily driving her.....could be the same with your shocks.

i couldnt find a wire brush so i used a skinny flat head and a razor to pry and claw out the gunk. but round 2 starts tomorrow and im goin in with more determination and ill pick up a wire brush too!!! lols. but yea i just sprayed, flat head, sprayed, razor, sprayed....

we'll see if im victorious tomorrow.

thanks dude im flattered =]! houston always knows a thing a 2 about drops and hella flush fitment

that's because our roads are CRAP. you have to do it right here, or you pay for it, big time.

there is a yellow mz3 hatch i see, and that thing is slammed. it looks good, wheels fit right, flush...

i'm not putting the full meal deal on mine till i pay for it (3 years).... cuz i know the wife will just wipe out that low front lip pulling into the stoppers at work.... i like the power this car has, but plan to explore the suspension a bit when the time comes!

it sure has been nice of you guys to do all this research. :)

and yes, the CWP is a good color for this car. i can't believe it, but this is mrs. squidmo's 5th white car. that's all she's ever owned... she hated the idea of another one, but saw the color, and said, 'that is the best white, ever. i'm very cool with that'..... casper kicks ass.
